China Reduces IPR Crimes
September 6, 2004The Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate have long ago started research on reduction of criminal offence of intellectual property rights, Mr Zhang Qin of the State Intellectual Property Office announced today. With the initial steps of the project already made, Vice Premier Wu Yi promised the judicial interpretation would be released by the end of the year.
